        Received one flip flop in an 8 and the other in a 9. Needed two 9s. The 2 stars were for the girl who helped on phone to correct the order. She was very helpful.

        So cute

        I am a TRUE size 9.5 but i followed the suggestions on the reviews and got a 1/2 size up and ordered a 10. it was perfect. a 9.5 would have been too small. Also i was worried the sunkissed color would be too dark for my skin tone as i am pretty fair and stay out of the sun, but it was perfect. The matte is sleek and I feel more sophisticated then the gloss finish. Super happy with the purchase.
