Founded by Willy Bogner in 1932 as an import company for skis and equipment. Willy's wife Maria quickly changed the brand as she made a pair of pants out of stretch material with stirrups. This first pair of ski pants would later on be called Bogner in the US Dictionary. Now known for the iconic "B" and high end apparel line.
