Free Returns for 15 Days
A restocking fee of $10 incurs after 15 days. Full details below.
Kindly Note That:
- All returned items must be unworn, in new-condition and have the original tags attached.
- Shipping charges on your order are non-refundable
- We recommend not using Drop Off Boxes, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Orders returned after 15 days will be subject to a $10 Restocking fee.
- Returns received after 45 days can only be refunded as Store Credit.
- A $10 Return fee will apply to heavy items including Skis, Snowboards, Ski & Snowboard Boots and Bindings, Luggage, Coolers, etc.
- When returning Shoes or Bindings, if the box is missing or damaged a $20 fee will apply.

We provide free return shipping for the majority of purchased within the continental United States ( excluding skis, snowboards, blankets, ski & snowboard boots, luggage, coolers and other heavy or bulky items ). Please use the FedEx return label that came with your shipment and drop your return off at FedEx.
How to Return an Order
- Pack the item(s) that you want to return and include the packing slip.
- Affix the provided prepaid return label to the outside of the box.
- Visit a FedEx or UPS** staffed store to drop off the package. ** Please check your return label to identify the return shipping carrier.
- That’s all! You will receive an email notification, once your return is processed. Allow up to 10 business days for the bank to process your refund.
What is Final Sale?
Final Sale means no returns or exchanges. We unfortunately are unable to accept items that are labeled Final Sale back for return or exchange. Our regular Sale items are not Final Sale. The Final Sale policy is only in place if the item specifically reads "FINAL SALE", which will be visible on product page and at checkout. If you've received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we can help you find the best solution!
