The hat did not come with the proper hat box, which is a valued accessory to the item. Because of the fact that it did not come in its proper box, the hat pin was damaged; missing 6 stones. This was extremely disappointing, especially given that it was $125. However, someone named Erin in Customer Service was highly responsive and helpful in getting me a new hat that was not damaged in a quick manner. The second hat still did not come with the Charlie One Horse brand hat box… However, Erin’s customer service efforts were much appreciated, nonetheless. p.s. This company also sent free return labels with the order (to begin with), which made the return process quite smooth!
