I truly nice, well made, perfectly finished, but... Spending a couple hundred on a belt is not normal for me, I have nice dress belts but wanted something for the casual day out or a more relaxed look. I wear a 33 pant, it hasn't varied in years and my belt size is typically 34-38. I bought my belt in a 34, it came, I opened it and was very impressed as stated in the first line. I quickly tried it on as we were going somewhere and it was not needed. I hung it up and the other day we were going out to lunch so I decided to wear it out, it seemed like it was synching my pants, gathering them to the point they did not look like they should. When I got home, my wife commented on the same thing. I hung it up and went about the next day. I was in my closet the other day and looking for something to wear out, came across the belt, like I said, it looks awesome, and after putting it on again, it was the same situation as when I tried it on. I decided to get in touch with customer service, it was $200. They said due to the time I have had it, "order placed on 6/13/2026 they would be unable to assist. I wrote a short message back and they provided me a $10.00 credit on my next purchase... If you decide to get this belt, it would be best to assure your correct size to overcome the situation I experienced.

I went looking around for some casual belts that were not only casual but style worthy along with great quality that will hold up. I have only opened the belt, put it around my waist not with beltloops yet. My first impression in looking at the size is that it is a lot smaller than my 34 belts I currently have, the belt is expandable so, I feel this should be fine. Once I get out with it on, I will review again. The quality, from the heavy buckle, superior stitch and the belt are all first class. I will pay for quality and something I will be able to get my usage out of. If the belt expands and doesn't sinch up my shorts, pants too much I will be in heaven, if not I will be disapointed.

My waist is 36 inches. I ordered an Andersons size 38 belt (traditional way to buy belts) and it couldn’t fit around my waist, that is the ends wouldn’t touch. So I sized up to a 42 inch and it was simply gigantic. Not sure what that’s about.

Lots of compliments at the office. As others have reviewed, runs a bit on the smaller side. I was needing to size down on my belt anyways, but could see how someone would be surprised if they were on their last notch or two of a traditional leather belt.

The belt as measured by a ruler is less then 42 inches. And therefor runs small ,
