Great shirt
Lovely color and fabric. High quality construction. Bought for my son, but the Large was a little too small/ short. He is 6’4” so I am returning and getting an XL.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Alex Crane Playa Shirt fit?

The Playa Shirt has a classic cut and Alex Crane sizes it true to size, so take your usual size; the model wears a medium at 6 feet 2 inches. One shopper found a certain color ran slightly small.

What is the Playa Shirt made from?

It is crafted from 100 percent linen made with responsibly grown French flax and washed with biodegradable softeners. The breathable fabric feels soft from the first wear and is an eco-minded warm-weather choice.

What design details does the Alex Crane Playa Shirt have?

This linen button-down has a button-down collar, a left chest pocket, buttoned cuffs, a full button placket, and a curved hem. The details give it a slightly more finished look than a camp shirt.

How should I style the Playa Shirt?

Wear it with linen shorts or lightweight trousers for a polished summer look. It layers easily over a tee and pairs naturally with the matching Bo Short for a coordinated warm-weather outfit.

How do I care for the Alex Crane Playa Shirt?

Machine wash cool and hang dry to protect the linen. The fabric rarely needs ironing and may relax slightly after washing before settling back. Keep it away from high heat.

Does the Playa Shirt have a matching piece?

Yes. It coordinates with the Alex Crane Bo Short, which is cut from the same French linen. Worn together, the shirt and short make an easy, tonal warm-weather set for the beach or summer outings.
