This dress is vibrant in person and well made. However, there is a tent like quality to it that isn’t significantly minimized by tightening the waist tie. Also, unless you have super skinny shoulders/biceps, you have no choice but to leave the shoulder strings loose/open. There is a cute ruching/ribbonlike detail if you pulled tighter, but most normal people’s arms would then not fit.

Love this dress. I did go down one size so that it wasn’t boxy on the top. The lace up shoulder detail adds an interesting detail.

Flattering and true to size. You can pull the strands at the shoulders to make the criss cross effect less noticeable. You will need a spaghetti strap bra otherwise.
