        Third time is the charm

        Had to buy and return twice with the third being the charm. Customer service was great and honored a sale price after the first but when the sale had expired on the second purchase.

        For the boots- they seem good. Fit was way small and upped to an 11 and that seemed to be the same size as 10.5. Eventually got a 12 and they fit good. Snow is still months away but waking around seems really snug.
