I had book marked this site as well as signed up for email updates. I was interested in a particular North Face jacket, but was on the fence about purchasing since I wasn't sure about the jacket I currently have would last me another season. I usually change jackets every 3 or so. During a spring clearance sale, the price on the jacket was too good to pass up, so I purchased it. It arrived in a week or so and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Tracking info, email updates were accurate. Item arrived on time. Packaging was simple, neat and not wasteful. Fit was good also. No complaints. I'm a new happy customer!!!
