Doesn't charge. awful customer service ripped me off
I had the worst customer experience with Steamery. I bought this from their site directly and after plugging it in for the first time I wasn't able to plug it back in after using it because of a faulty piece inside where the usb micro charging cable plugs in. I contacted them and they had me take photos and then decided they'd replace it. So far so good. Then I hear nothing, then receive a steamer clothing steamer instead of this, then I tell them what happened and if they want me to return the steamer, then they don't acknowledge their mistake and say that the fabric shaver was delivered according to UPS (which was probably the tracking number for the steamer) and that they would ship another one. WEEKS GO BY. I contact them 3 more times to either refund me or send me a replacement and they finally say we'll send another one out to you. Nothing for weeks. No tracking number, no shipment confirmation. This is after they had me reconfirm my shipping address TWICE. Then I tell them I'm so frustrated with this experience that I just want a refund asap (I purchased Nov 28 2020, it is now Mar 5 2021!!). NOTHING. WEEKS. I contact them via their site's "contact us" page and again, NOTHING. Don't buy this unless you like wasting your time and money!
