        Great service!

        I bought this watch for my husband, who is a watch fanatic. Unfortunately, this was not the one that I thought he’d wanted, but we both agreed that it is a very nice watch. Beautiful and highly functional. It just wasn’t the one he’d had his eye on…my bad, not the watch’s fault. During the delivery process, I mistakenly thought something was missing from the box. I sent a message and was called within minutes by someone from the company who seemed like an owner. It was amazing! She was concerned and helpful. Turns out the item was exactly where it should have been, hidden in plain site. Kudos to this company for excellent customer service! Thanks
