Through an exclusive partnership with the National Peace Corps Association, SeaVees will make a donation for each pair sold to the planned Peace Corps commemorative in Washington, D.C. SeaVees is proud to support the ideals of the Peace Corps - truly one of the best and bravest ideas of the past half century in bringing us closer to understanding and tolerance - preconditions for peace.

SeaVees` 09/61 Volunteer Plimsoll is inspired by the founding of the Peace Corps and its ongoing mission. After they cut and sew their canvas and suede uppers, SeaVees salt-washes each pair for over 90 minutes for a soft, perfectly faded finish. For maximum comfort, they line our uppers and footbed in naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic bamboo canvas. Collar and tongue lining features our 60’s-era seersucker fabric. Flat eyelets are antique nickel. Thin laces are waxed cotton. SeaVees traditional calendar outsole is made with genuine gum rubber for a softer, more elastic result.
