I had no clue these pull on even though its in the product name LOL. I AM 6 FEET 230 A LITTLE BUDDHA SO I NEEDED THE 2XL … xl would have easily fit but too much stretch in the waste for my liking. I wore these around the house for a few jours without a belt to see if the waste would stay elastic enough….success!
