Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Palomitas Isis Suede Flat fit?

The Isis is cut as a moccasin with an adjustable tie across the vamp, so it can be snugged or eased on the foot. It runs in standard European whole sizes, and one shopper found it runs large, so size down if you are between.

What is the Isis Flat made from?

It is crafted in Spain from 100 percent leather, set on a braided jute heel that nods to espadrille tradition, with a slip resistant sole underneath for grip on smooth floors.

What are the design details?

A round toe and clean tonal upper give it the structure of a loafer, while the adjustable tie lets you set the fit. The braided jute heel adds texture without adding height.

What should I wear the Isis with?

It pairs easily with linen trousers, cropped denim or a midi skirt. The tonal, textured finish reads polished enough for a summer office and relaxed enough for weekends by the water.

How do I care for these flats?

Brush the upper gently with a soft suede or leather brush and lift marks with a barely damp cloth. Let the pair air dry away from heat, and keep the jute heel dry.

When is it best worn?

Spring and summer days, travel and coastal holidays, moving from morning errands into dinner. The closed upper also carries it into early autumn with trousers or socks.
