I had a little hiccup with the order. I was sent the wrong pair of sunglasses. I contacted Sophia from customer service and she was absolutely great to deal with. She was understanding and was able to figure out what was needed to remedy the situation promptly. I sent back the first pair and within a couple of days I got the pair that I wanted originally. No hassle return. As far as the sunglasses they were exactly what I expected. This is a great store that takes care of its customers and makes your experience online a delight.
