I love my new ski coat. It has multiple pockets for storing everything you need while on the slopes. It's warm, but you still need to wear a medium weight base layer. It's super water repellent, rain just beads on top of the fabric. The fleece chin protector is nice when you're fully zipped up, but comes up a little too high on me. The stretch inner thumbhole cuffs are also nice, but the length was a little long on me. I ordered the Seaglass color and receive multiple comments on the mountain.

Nice jacket with all the pockets in all the right places. The fit is great and it has nice stretch and flex too. It’s rated a 10/10 for warmth and it might be the warmest jacket Obermeyer offers but it still needs base layers (maybe even more than one) for Northern skiing. (Montana, Minnesota) especially when you consider wind. I sized up one and am glad I did. It’s tailored and I have shoulders and a chest (36C) so the fit is good even with a fleece at a size 12.
