The latest generation of foldable poles ultralight and with dead certain connection technology.Folding poles offer a smaller packed size than conventional telescopic poles but conventional folding systems have serious flaws. Quite often they are rather flimsy and develop an annoying rattle when used. To develop a folding pole that really fulfills demands Komperdell had to go back to the drawing board and completely rethink and reengineer the way folding poles are built. The new FXP folding poles are up to 30 % lighter, provide a rock solid connection between the individual segments of the shaft and best of all, when released, the pole deploys completely onits own.
