These bindings work very solid. At first, I felt they didn't lock my heels much, but it turns out that I have to "step on" harder until hearing two clicking sound on heel. After that, they become very responsive.
Ironically, the bindings are comfortable, especially compared to other hardest bindings in the market, such as Union FC. They have a good amount of base dampers which make them versatile for almost all purposes. The only question is, whether they are a worthwhile upgrade from the regular Step-on. Probably they may perform 99% same for toe-side turn, and 90%+ same for heel-side.
