I placed and order and received it in a timely manner but when it arrived, it was not what I ordered, what was advertised and even stated on my invoice. I tried calling everyday for 4 days during their stated business hours and always got a voicemail stating to call during their business hours. I left messages to return my call and also emailed them, all with no real person ever responding as of this time. Then I received this review email. I am hoping that someone will read it and contact me.
There is a return label with the item I received but I'm not comfortable returning it because I have no idea if I'll get a refund!
Also, their recorded messages sound like they are quite a large company but their phones ring really weird and click like my call is constantly being forwarded…it just all feels like a scam out of China to be honest. At this point I can only say that it's risky to do business with them…whoever they are...
