This jacket covers all the bases for what one needs in a ski jacket: pass pocket on sleeve and plenty of interior pockets (plus a pocket at the back). I have found the necklines/hoods of the Bogner jackets to be protective in cold, snowy weather. Black wasn't a color I would have normally gone for in a ski jacket, but it will work with my burgundy helmet, goggles & gloves. My last Bogner jacket, which is still going strong years later, was an 8 and I purchased the 10 in this one because it was the only size available. It is roomy, but doesn't look bad. I have found Bogner to hold up much better than my Moncler jackets, so Bogner has been a first choice brand.
