I received the skis on March 17 but the bindings were not included. I called customer service on March 18 and was told she would contact the shipping department and get back to me. She left me voicemail on the 18th stating that shipping “goofed” and forgot the bindings. She further stated that the bindings would get shipped the 18th and she would email me the tracking information.
Haven’t received the email as of March 19th.
Stuck in limbo ...,
