ORDER RETURNS POLICY
Saint Bernard will only accept returns that are unworn and in "new" condition and with all original packaging and hang tags.

Kindly note that:

- All returned items must be unworn, in new-condition and have the original tags attached.
- We recommend not using Drop Off Boxes, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. 
- Orders returned after 15 days will be subject to a $10 Restocking fee.
- Returns received after 45 days can only be refunded as Store Credit. 
- A $10 Return fee will apply to heavy items including Skis, Snowboards, Ski & Snowboard Boots and Bindings, Luggage, Coolers, etc.
- When returning Shoes or Bindings, if the box is missing, damaged or used as the shipping box a $20 fee will apply.  

 

How to Return an Order

1) Pack the item(s) and pack slip in the original shipping material or a plain cardboard box.

2) Affix the provided prepaid return label to the outside of the box.

3) Visit a UPS or FedEx staffed location to drop off your packages or on the carrier's website you may schedule a pick up.

4) You will receive an email notification, once your return is processed. In some cases, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.

 

What is Final Sale?

Final Sale means no returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept items for return or exchange if these are labeled as a Final Sale, on the Product Page and at Checkout.

Our regular Sale items are not final sale but can only be returned for Store Credit.
