Supergoop Sunscreen & SPF

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Supergoop?

Supergoop is a sun care brand built entirely around SPF, founded on the idea that sunscreen should be worn daily rather than only on holiday. Every product in the range carries protection.

What are Supergoop's best known products?

Unseen Sunscreen, a completely invisible face base, and Glowscreen, which adds a luminous tint, are the two the brand is best known for, alongside the PLAY lotion for outdoor use.

What is the difference between the Supergoop formulas?

They differ mainly by finish and use. Some are invisible bases designed to sit under makeup, some add glow or a matte finish, and the PLAY range is built for body and active outdoor wear.

Does Supergoop make mineral sunscreen?

Yes. The range includes both mineral formulas, which use zinc oxide to deflect light, and chemical formulas, which absorb it. Mineral options such as Mineral Mattescreen suit reactive skin more often.

How do I apply Supergoop sunscreen?

Use it as the final step of skincare, roughly a teaspoon for face and neck, and reapply every two hours in sun or after swimming. Under makeup, let it settle for a minute first.

When should I wear Supergoop?

Every day, indoors and out, since the whole premise of the brand is daily wear. The kits and travel sizes exist so reapplication is practical away from a bathroom shelf.
