Obermeyer's high performance specialty fabrics use fully coated hydrophobic laminations and a superior DWR polymer coating for stain protection and coating integrity. HydroBlock Active resists up to 8,000mm before water penetration while allowing 5,000 grams of water vapor to pass through within a 24-hour time frame.
- Water-resistant powder cuffs with gripper elastic: Inner water-resistant powder cuffs with gripper elastic for a tight fit assures a weather-proof barrier.

Awesome pant!!! Love the fit. I am 5'3, 127 lbs, and normally wear a size 4 but had to size up to a 6P, since the 4 was too tight on the waist and I would not have been able to fit a first layer underneath. The 6P fit perfectly. Have not tried its performance yet . . . but it gets 5 stars on looks and fit.
