Frequently Asked Questions

What is Mobjak known for?

Mobjak makes woven lifestyle belts handcrafted in the USA, pairing patterned fade-resistant textile with Italian leather backing and solid brass buckles.

What materials does Mobjak use?

Leather cut from silky-soft hides tanned by a fifth-generation Italian tannery and finished matte so it patinas, plus a fade-resistant woven textile and a solid brass buckle in matte nickel.

How does Mobjak sizing work?

Belts are sized two inches above pant waist. A 29 to 30 pant takes a size 32 belt, a 33 to 34 pant takes a 36, and the range continues upward in two-inch steps.

What does the range include?

Woven belts named for coastal and resort towns, each distinguished by its textile pattern and color pairing, alongside O-ring, youth, and extra-long options.

How should the belts be cared for?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth and keep them away from moisture. Leave conditioning to a leather specialist, and store them rolled or hanging rather than folded.

When are they best worn?

Spring through early autumn, and they suit golf, boating, and casual warm-weather dressing. The matte leather develops a patina, so they improve with wear.
