ERLY was founded by two friends and mothers, Jamie Chandlee and Dr. Hallie McDonald, to counter the growing pressure young girls face from the beauty industry. As a dermatologist, Hallie saw firsthand the damage from harsh, trendy skincare. Together, they set out to create clean, effective products gentle enough for all skin types—no hype, no harm, just skin that feels good.
