Déhanche Statement Belts

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Dehanche known for?

Dehanche is a belt-focused label that treats the belt as a true statement accessory. Handcrafted in Italy, its sculptural designs draw on vintage inspiration and the natural curve of the waist, elevating a wardrobe staple into an art form.

What materials does Dehanche use?

Dehanche belts are handcrafted in Italy from responsibly sourced, Leather Working Group certified leather and suede, including smooth calfskin, soft suede, embossed prints, and textured ponyhair. Hardware is finished in high-shine silver or 24 karat gold plating.

How do Dehanche belts fit and how should I choose a size?

Most Dehanche belts run from extra small to extra large, chosen by your waist or hip measurement, with multiple holes for adjustability; several styles are one size. They fit true to size, and the brand suggests sizing up if between sizes for a looser fit.

What does Dehanche offer?

The collection centers on women's belts, from the signature Hollyhock silhouette to suede, animal-print, corset, and stone-accented styles. Dehanche also extends its ring-motif design language into a line of jewelry.

How do I care for a Dehanche belt?

Keep leather and suede away from moisture and avoid water, oil, and perfume. Wipe leather with a soft, dry cloth and brush suede gently with a suede brush. Store belts flat or loosely rolled to protect their shape.

How can I style Dehanche belts?

Wear them to cinch a dress, define a waist over knitwear, or thread through jeans and trousers. The slim widths suit most belt loops, while statement buckles and prints let a single belt refresh many outfits.
