Frequently Asked Questions

What is Anna October known for?

Anna October is a womenswear label built around lingerie-inspired silhouettes and bias cut construction. Founded in Ukraine and now based in Paris, it is recognized for slip dresses, bustier seaming and open backs that follow the body's lines.

What fabrics does Anna October use?

The collections lean on fluid satins in viscose and polyester blends, polyester taffeta for structured bodices, and stretch knits with elastane for close-fitting pieces. Beadwork and embellishment appear on evening styles.

How does Anna October sizing run?

The label sizes true to standard across its core styles. If you fall between sizes, the brand recommends sizing down for a closer and more sculpted fit, and it advises checking bust measurements on fitted bodices.

What does Anna October make?

The assortment covers maxi and midi dresses, corset and bustier tops, bodysuits and satin skirts. Bias cut slips and sculpted bodices anchor the range, with separates designed to be worn together as sets.

How do I care for Anna October pieces?

Dry cleaning is the standard across the line. Satin, taffeta and acetate blends water spot easily and lose their drape in a machine, and embellished styles shed beading in a dryer. Hang pieces with space around them.

How should I style Anna October?

The pieces are built for evening, so a fine heel and minimal jewelry are usually enough. Open backs and sculpted necklines rarely need a necklace, and a leather jacket or fine knit dresses the slips down for daytime.
